Infused Warm Water – Green Tea, Lime and Mint

This refreshing tea is great for cleansing and helping with weight loss. Have it as a tea in cold weather and as a room temperature drink in summer. If the weather is really hot then a few ice cubes can be added.

Ingredients:

5-6 mint leaves

1 tablespoon of good quality loose leaf green tea

1 small lime cut into fine slices

Put ingredients a jug or tea pot and pour 3 cups of hot water over it. Cover and let it sit for 10 minutes. Enjoy! 🙂
