You do not need a referral to see Isabel. You may want to bring any relevant tests' results with you on your first appointment as well as the contact details of your primary doctors.
Isabel offers appointments face to face or online consultations.
She provides assessment, treatment plan and implementation strategies on first initial sessions.

48 hrs of notice is required for any cancellations or changes to appointment times.
100% of the appointment fee will be charged if less than 24 hrs notice and 50% of the appointment fee will be charged for less than 48 hrs notice.
