Integrative health is a holistic approach to health and wellness that combines evidence-based interventions with complementary and alternative medicine practices.

At Flow in Nature, we deeply value and acknowledge the profound connection between physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels of experience. We believe that by embracing and exploring each of these dimensions, we can gain a comprehensive understanding of ourselves and unlock transformative benefits that extend across of levels of our lives.

The focus is to support our patients to take an active role in their own care, incorporating various processes and tools such as lifestyle changes, relaxation techniques, self-awareness practices, self-regulation tools, Chinese herbs and nutritional supplements. We also work alongside allopathic medicine whenever necessary.

Diet and nutrition are essential for the support of all levels of being, not only the physical. We add dietary modifications to each treatment plan.

By addressing the root causes of health issues, removing what is blocking them at the different levels mentioned above and creating a pathway for our patients to follow, we support their natural healing and personal transformational abilities.

Integrative health encourages the patient to experiment, be curious and find what works best for them and their unique needs. We find the patients become more open to new and innovative ways to embrace and enhance their total well-being.

Integrative Dynamic Psychotherapy

At Flow in Nature, we believe in the power of integrating multiple therapeutic modalities to provide comprehensive support for well-being of our clients and communities.

Unpleasant and disturbing life experiences can lead to emotional distress, a tendency to dissociation, inner conflict and consequently physical symptoms or illness, which can happen and worsen over time.

Our integrative therapies combine the transformative techniques of EMDR, Internal Family Systems therapy, somatic psychotherapy and hypnotherapy, often adding acupuncture to sessions, offering a unique and holistic approach to healing and personal transformation.

Creative Mind Coaching and Somatic Psychotherapy

Creative Mind Coaching, unlike traditional coaching, is done in trance state, where client and coach share an open space that offers many potentialities for transformation.

 

In this shared space, we explore goals and intentions, insights can be experienced, negativities and blockages can be brought to light and transmuted naturally and elegantly.

Creative Mind Coaching supports presence, centeredness and  promotes the cultivation and opening to the many dimensions of one’s being, such as connection to nature, ancestral  lineage and communities.

When those many levels and dimensions are open and resonant, that is when one’s complete system can be in alignment and coherent for total wellness and wholeness.

Creative Mind as a daily practice, helps us move beyond reactivity, muscle tension, fight or flight activation and suffering, to move into an awakened, open and centred state, where we can respond to life in more peaceful and creative ways.

Somatic movement in psychotherapy is a powerful and embodied approach that honours the inseparable connection between the mind and body. Unlike traditional talk therapy, somatic movement engages the body as a gateway to explore emotions, memories, patterns that may be long stored and parts within oneself, which may be disconnected.

 Through mindful movement and body-centred awareness, individuals can access deeper layers of experience, gaining insight into the root causes of challenges. Somatic movement practices encourage clients to let the body guide them, to pay attention to bodily sensations, tension and gestures, allowing them to process and release unresolved trauma and stress.

This approach empowers individuals and groups to develop a greater sense of self-regulation, emotional resilience, more confidence and a heightened understanding of their inner world.
