Make your first appointment

Once you've made a decision to create the changes you want, give us a call on +61 431940589 or click on the link below to send us a message to book your first session of 90 minutes. See "our fees" section of our website for program fees. Packages are available.

Commence your treatment plan

On your first 90-minute session, Isabel will listen to your goals and challenges, and she will design a personalised treatment plan for you. You will also receive acupuncture (if in person) and be able to start the program as soon as you can buy the foods and basic products you need.

Attend fortnightly sessions

The fortnightly check-in sessions last for 70 minutes and are when we start including IFS therapy and EMDR. We work on old patterns, emotions and beliefs that can potentially stop you from moving forward towards the way you want to feel and the things you want to do.
